Greetings
I have gone through your semen analysis report.
Though the count is around the normal according to "WHO"GUIDELINES the motility need to be improved.The percentage of DIFFETENT motility and morphology is not highlighted in this report.
Around 40% of progressive motility ,16 million/ml- count and above 4% normal morphology is accepted as normal.
You need to visit an XXXXXXX /urologist and get a direct check up to rule out any infection or varicocele.
Accordingly treatment can help you improve your sperm parameters
