my girlfriend has had blood tests for pregnancy. she is about 12 weeks pregnent.
her rub igm is 0.399 and the rub igg is 842.7
her cmv igm is 0.207 and her cmv igg is 400.5

is this ok??

Thanks for the query.
IGm antibodies present in the blood indicate current infection while IGg antibodies indicate either immunization or the past infection.
Since IGm levels are normal and IGg levels are high in your girl friend,it means she has adequate antibodies for rubella and cytomegalovirus( CMV ).
There is nothing to worry as every thing is all right.
This is a normal report.
