1. Any problems at the time of birth/delivery?

2. Any history of delay in motor milestones?

3. Any past history of seizures?

4. MRI Brain report, if done in the past?

5. Report of neuro-psychological assessment?

6. List of any current medicines that the child is using?

Follow up: Dr. Sudhir Kumar (3 hours later)

1. There is no problem at the time of delivery.
2. No delay at all in all the motor milestones
3. No seizure
4. No MRI was conducted
5. None was done
So there is no report.

He took this because of Tonsilitis and malaria.

We need to assess his language (speech functions) in detail along with other brain functions. This can be done in consultation with a neuro-psychologist. Then, specific interventions including any speech therapy can be suggested.
