Brief Answer:
Please send the reports.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your child's symptoms. I need additional information to answer your query better.

1. Any problems at the time of birth/delivery?

2. Any history of delay in motor milestones?

3. Any past history of seizures?

4. MRI Brain report, if done in the past?

5. Report of neuro-psychological assessment?

6. List of any current medicines that the child is using?

Please get back with above.

Best wishes,

Brief Answer:
Neuro-psychological evaluation would help.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

We need to assess his language (speech functions) in detail along with other brain functions. This can be done in consultation with a neuro-psychologist. Then, specific interventions including any speech therapy can be suggested.

Best wishes,
