Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Your symptoms seem to be related to side effects of using Tylenol.
Pale or clay-colored stools are a common side effect of Tylenol.
I suggest you to use daily probiotics.
I also suggest to use Imodium three tablets a day which will restore the body's natural flow and rhythm of the digestive system.
I suggest to use a plain diet, which should contain bananas, rice and apple juice.
I also recommend to drink a lot of liquids.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

                                    Dear Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi ,
I thank you sincerely for your graciousness in replying in detail to my question. I neglected initially to include some important information: I am diabetic, the diabetes is under control for the most part. Creatine level was at 8, at last
A1c test, however I am diagnosed with chronic kidney disease ,beween stages 3 and 4.
I would be most grateful if this information would change any directions in your previous advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
I understand your concern.
Diabetes and chronic kidney disease are chronic medical conditions.
If your bowel movements have changed recently I don't think that it might be related to this condition.
I suggest you to follow the advice given above to relieve the symptoms.
I also recommend to use ice packs or to do regular stretching exercises so you can avoid the use of Tylenol.
Feel free to contact me again for further clarification.
Take care dear,
Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
