Brief Answer:
No apparent fracture in the films
Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel , Orthopedic Surgeon.
I have seen the x rays films ( taken directly from monitor , thus showing lot of lines) .
X Rays do not reveal any fracture but since the films are not very clear -small un displaced fracture in distal end radius may be missed.
So my suggestion is wait for the report- If any fracture is present then it will require immobilization.
Till then and if there is no fracture - give Syp Ibuprofen to the child along with arm sling and cold packs.
Thanks for the question. I hope I have answered your question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
