What things need to eat and what things avoid to increase iron deficiency anemia or low iron levels

Iron supplements are helpful

Detailed Answer:
You may need to take iron supplements, vitamin c and folic acid supplements.
Also red meat, green leaves , lemon are helpful to increase iron levels.
Drinking mild and too much dairy products are not recommended because they reduce iron absorption
