Brief Answer:
Doesn't seem much related to anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

Anxiety usually doesn't cause that severe nausea but sometimes feeling sick to stomach and nausea may be caused by anxiety.
I think your issues can be related to any gastrointestinal issues rather than anxiety.
Having any viral infection, gastroenteritis,or inflammation of stomach , gastritis, may cause nausea.
You may need to take metoclopramide for nausea.
Continue taking antianxiety drugs.
Visit a gastroenterologist if doesn't seem to get better.
Hope I have answered the question.
