1 Time of allergy morning/evening/any time?
2 Cause of allergy dust. Cold /others?
3 Sneezing?
4 Dripping of nose during sneezing?
5 Breathlessness during allergy?
6 Loss of sensation of smell?
7 Type of sputum?
8 Nasal polyp in nose?
9 others?

Advice for: Complete Blood Picture and finding of earlier tests you have done.
