Dr. XXXXXXX here are a few photographs. Seeing a dermatologist in a few months. Also have a possible infection in tooth - upper/back . I am wondering if you have any comments or think it could be related to the tooth problem?

The pigmentation appears to be seborrheic keratosis, an age related skin change.
There is nothing to worry.
No treatment is required.
Just apply a moisturizer in night and a sunscreen with spf 50 in day for photo protection.
