Question : i think I have balantis. Red, inflammation at tip of penis. I am uncircumcised and recently did testing which only came back with group b strep infection. Any ointment I can take?

Apply desonide lotion 0.05% daily in night for a week on the rash.
Keep the area clean, just wash with water.
