Brief Answer:
In this stage only air travel would be safe
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
In 7th month, I will recommend air travel and avoid lifting any weights during travel. Train and bus has to be avoided for long travels. Also avoid prolonged standing during travel. Thirdly Covid precautions needed at all times. You may also check with your gynecologist.

I have my own car. I need to travel around 150km one side
Brief Answer:
Avoid bumpy car ride
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Thanks for reverting back with details
You may avoid a this car ride. We just donot want to get into labour prematurely. If it can be avoided, then it should be avoided altogether. Because not going there will not cause any major problem but a premature labour can cause you problem lifetime. If you are staying there for few days and then coming back, then it would have been safer.
