Question: Hello doctor,
I am 30 years old and I ave done my semen test today
Quantity: 2micro Litre
Liquefaction time: 30mins
Appearance: whitish opaque
PH: alkaline
Mortility at 1hr-
Actively motile: 30%
Good: 35%
Sluggishly motile: 15%
Non motile: 20%
Total spermatozoa: 67million/ml
Pus cell- 0-1/HPF
Abnormal form: OCC
Any suggestions/remarks please regarding infertility please

I saw your semen analysis report.
There is nothing major to worry about. Men with Sperm parameters like this can easily conceive.
If you smoke, stop smoking.
Get your wife also evaluated by Gynecologist.
