Question : doctor i am suffering from "VITILIGO" skin disease. Is their any treatment for this?
Hi XXXXXXX,
Ive gone through your images and history.
Its vitiligo only.
Out of many modalities to treat vitiligo in your case best would be Whitcare lotion application and followed by sunexposure.
And NBUVB light therapy on alternate day.
Also chemosuergery in the form of phenol touch would be helpful to initiate the repigmentation.
Surgical treatment in form of split thickness grafting will also be helpful.
All this treatment option can be provided at good dermatology clinic.
If you need any further clarification do let me know.
Regards.
