Question: Anything alarming in the CBC?
Should I make any other tests?
I only suffer from manageable fatigue and little bit increased heart rate, nothing serious

Thanks for your query.

From the report, we can see that hemoglobin is bit low, possibly from iron deficiency, which can explain the mild fatigue.

However, more concerning is the low neutrophils and high lymphocytes, even though total white cells are low normal. So possibility of viral infection is there.

We should repeat the counts after one month and see the trend. If it improves, then nothing to do.

Could this happen due to antidepressants?

I am in fluvoxamine for around 3 weeks now, is this related in any way ??
