Brief Answer:
Perimenopausal

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You are concerned about having 2 cycles in one month. This could be an early sign of perimenopause. But it could also mean you had a stressful month and your cycle just started early. I would wait a see what happens with your next few cycles to decide if you are truly perimenopausal. Other signs of perimenopausal would be hot flashes and vaginal dryness.

Your Thyroid could also not be controlled. With fluctuating hormone levels from thyroid it will also initiate a cycle. If you not had your thyroid functions checked in the last 6 months you may ask your medical provider to check a TSH.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
