Brief Answer:
amiodarone could be a matter of discussion with your doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

If you're having a high blood pressure then the antihypertensive drugs (ramipril and hydrochrolothiazide) are necessary as long as they don't cause hypotension and keep your blood pressure within normal limits. Xarelto is necessary for patients with atrial fibrillation (I suppose this is the arrhythmia you have - please inform me if it's not) to prevent embolic events (stroke for example).

Angoron could be debated... If you're having a high heart rate without it, I would prefer a beta blocker in its place. If you don't have a high heart rate, you can do without it. In any case, you should first talk to your doctor before initiating any changes.

I hope you find my comments helpful!

Kind Regards!
