Question : Hello Dr,

My sperm count is 16 million/ml and motility 5 % and 2% progressive, I have been given Androzyme and Impovit by a urologist , could you please let me know it it will work for me.

Hello

I understand you have low motility.

These medicines are antioxidants which do improve sperms in some men you can continue the same.

You can retest it after 3 months for improvement and see.

I saw your scan report.

I dont think varicocele or a smaller testis on left side could be a cause of this problem.

I think you should consider taking these medicines for 3 months and repeat semen analysis in next 3 months.
