Brief Answer:
need to reduce dose of eltroxin

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX Mam,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic .

Your T3 is normal but T4 is high and tsh is near lowest normal range . So you need to consult your doctor and reduce the dose of eltroxin.

The amount to be reduced will be decided depending upon your symptoms and examination findings.

Just for confirmation please check exact dose of eltroxin you are taking and let me know . Because available doses as per my knowledge are 12.5, 25, 50, 75,100,112,125,137,200 all in mcg. I am not sure you get 1.25mcg so low dose tablets.

Rest of medications needs to be continued as it is. Your blood report is normal except Hb and hematocrit mildly low. If you don't have any symptoms of tiredness or breathlessness then no need for iron supplements.

Waiting for your reply .

Brief Answer:
need to reduce dosage of eltroxin

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX Mam,

125mcg is a available dose. You need to reduce it minimum by 25mcg.

But this should be done under guidance of your treating doctor . As already said the amount needed to be reduced depends on your symptoms and signs.

Still it become steady level for months dose needs to be ajusted .

Hope I have answered your query . If any further queries are there I would love to help.
