Question : my bp is 133/82 and pulse is 121. Heart is rather irregular. Should I be worried? It's just been that way for the past hour.

Regarding your concern, I recommend going immediately to the ER to perform a careful physical examination and a resting ECG to exclude a possible cardiac arrhythmia (atrial fibrillation etc.).

Additional lab tests may be necessary to explore an etiological cause, if arrhythmia is confirmed. .
