Cymbalta is duloxetine and celextra is citalopram. Both drugs are from different class.

Cymbalta belongs to SNRI ( selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor) group of antidepressants and Antianxiety drugs. It is more effective in pain conditions associated with depression.
Citalopram is SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) and is different from Cymbalta.
