Question : Gdmng Doctor..i m from XXXXXXX ...my husband is suffering from Avascular Nacrosis of left femor joint..he has been advised to take Gemfos 70 mg..(Residronate sodium) once a week.. i have to ask u if Osteofos (Alendronate Sodium) 70 mg n Gemfos 70 are similar?...which of the two is better? ....which of the two shud b givn to him?...
