Diabetic or hypertensive or smoke ??
Non Diabetic and no BP. Occasionally I smoke, however the last time I smoked a cigarette was a month back. Trying to totally cut down. I work 4 to 1 AM and go to bed at 2 PM and sleep till 9:30 or 10:00 AM over the last 1 year.
Secondly, I am going to Gym, (work out schedule atlease 3 to 4 days a week) almost every day I have 2 to 3 eggs, chicken and fish at least twice every week and I try to consume moderate vegetable also have a big spoon of flx and chai seeds when I work out at gym along with water. Will working out in Gym and not having adequete protein have impact on my health levels such as HDL ? and how long should I take this cod liver before the next test.

Also this blood test was given immediately when I woke up from sleep as it was 9:00 AM when I woke up, would this have had any impact while giving the report ?
Brief Answer:
No risk as such
Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
Firstly i wanted to know whether you are Diabetic or hypertensive or smoke ??
Your lipid profile suggests low HDL.
The highest marker for getting a cardiac disease is LDL which is the bad cholesterol. HDL is the good cholesterol and protects us from cardiac disease.
I will suggest you to eat healthy diet. You can also take Cod liver oil (fish oil capsules) once a day which also helps in increasing HDL.
I hope this helps

Detailed Answer:
Hi sir
Welcome again
Firstly giving sample immediately after waking up doesn’t affect the test results.
I can understand work schedule can’t be altered. It’s good to work out and you should continue doing it. Our guidelines says moderated intensity exercise should be done for at least 30min a day for at least 6 days a week. So continue your work out as feasible.
Take the cod liver oil for 3 months once a day and repeat the lipid profile after that.
All the best and be healthy
