Question: Can Modula 5 mg and Duralast 30 mg combine use give results from day one for PE and long time erection. How much time can i enjoy intercourse

Modula - tadalafil 5 mg is used for erectile dysfunction. However I recommend 10 mg dose when erection problem is there.

Duralast - depoxetine is used for premature ejaculation. This will help is preventing early ejaculation.

Taking both together will help to last longer with erection.

How much time one can last is difficult to say as it is individual thing and depends on many factors like history of ED or PME, last day of sex/masturbation, frequency of masturbation, arousal capacity and sensitivity and so on. Even in same person time varies with use. Still we can say time would be sufficient to satisfy both partners.

Both should be taken just before 1.5 -2 hours of sex.
