Question : I have what looks like start of an UTI, can you suggest if taking novaclox n urispas will help. If yes, help with the dosage please.

I have gone through your query. Urine routine examination should be done to rule out infection. Puss cells will be present in plenty in case of urinary tract infection. Novaclox won't be enough if there is infection. Antibiotics like norfloxacin is usually given as drug of choice.
You can take cranberry juice , barley water and sodium hydrogen citrate syrup in water. This will help to dilute urine and clear your symptoms like painful urination.
