Brief Answer: Accurate QRS numbers if taken by specialist... Detailed Answer: Hi, I have gone through your EKG report and understood your concerns. Usually, when EKG is carried out by the specialist, it is considered accurate. In your case, the QRS complex is about 3 quadrants equaling to 118 ms. Therefore, the measurement taken by the apparatus is accurate, although the cardiologist/specialist should always double check it. Hope it was of help! Let me know if you have further queries!
