Brief Answer:
Yes, that seems correct
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Risperdal is Risperidone and is a good antipsychotic drug. The drug is also used to control impulsiveness in ADD and helps in improving the symptoms. Zoloft is Sertraline and is an antidepressant drug. Both drugs are good for your symptoms.
The dose of Risperidone that is 2 mg is also adequate. So it seems correct.
Thanks. Take care.

Is there anything else I should be looking at? Some literature suggest not using an antidepressant for bi polar. What would you suggest for dual diagnosis for ADHD and Bipolar?
Brief Answer:
Risperidone is a good choice
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Risperidone is also used in bipolar depression. Though in some studies it has shown to worsen depression but this is seen more in unipolar depression. No need to get worried for that.
For ADD and Bipolar Risperidone would be my first choice. Low dose Olanzapine is other choice. But Risperidone has more efficacy in ADD and Bipolar. The drug is safe too.
Still have more doubts please don't hesitate to ask again.
Thanks.
