Brief Answer:
not much prevalent

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Postpartum acute intra-pituitary hemorrhage causes Sheehan's syndrome. It is not a predisposing factor for renal insufficiency, unless in association with diabetes, hypertension.

You can go for routine urine analysis and renal function tests like Blood urea nitrogen, Serum Creatinine & serum electrolytes as first line investigations.

Many of the symptoms of chronic renal insufficiency are non-specific e.g headache, lethergy, fatigue, muscle cramps etc.

Let me know if you have more queries.

Regards
