Brief Answer:
Medication is okay.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The medications advised are okay, you can continue them.

There is no need for TT vaccination if you have vaccinated her with the same within last 5 years. According to the routine immunization schedule any child of age 5 would have got a TT injection. If you have not given it or do not remember getting it done, then it is necessary you give it this time and repeat every 5 years once.

Hope I have answered your query. Please do ask if any doubts.
