Question : Sir,

Age-25.
Taking the following drugs-
Thyrox 50 mcg.In the morning empty stomach for hypothyroidism.
Telma 80 mg. Early morning for high blood pressure.
Rosuvas-F 10 mg.Earlu morning for hyperlipidema.
Meganeuron OD Plus. B complex plus alpha lipoic acid.
Uprise D3 60k -Once a month.

Having hypothyroidism, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high triglycerides.

Taking medicine's from 1 year.
Today Bp-120/78.
Total cholesterol levels -170.
HDL - 32.
LDL -59.
TRIGLYCERIDE-185.
TSH-1.36
FREE T3, T4 -Normal.
B12,D3 Levels-Normal.

Sir 1 and a half years ago all were abnormal.
Hence started medicines.

Please advise if need to change medicines as I can consult my physician.
Any other advise.

After reading your post, I would suggest that you should continue with your medications prescribed by your doctor. I would advise that you should go for regular exercise and also add fibre rich foods in your diet to regulate triglycerides levels. Moreover you should take Rosuvas-F at night and not in the morning.

Medicines for dyslipidemia should be taken at night fot better control of dyslipidemia as more of lipids are secreted in the body at night.
