Brief Answer:
Looks more like a thrombosed/inflamed vein

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank for your query, albeit short and specific and the clear picture.
To recapitulate: Male/11 - line of bumps on his leg back - looks like a ring worm - is it possible - topical antibiotic.

Please give additional information:
Since when is this present?
Any history of other diseases?
Trauma like while playing?
Worm infestations in stool- itching anus at night?
Local pain or tenderness at the line?
Is it hard and painful to palpate or press on?

As pr the picture you have provided, this looks to be more of a thrombosed vein. The skin around is mildly inflamed.
Guinea worms are almost eradicated, hence not possible.

This can be confirmed by:
Test of blood- CBC, Sugar
Stool test.
High resolution ultrasound with color doppler of the whole limb.

Please consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, actual examination and investigations as suggested. Not to be taken lightly in view of the problem in a 11 year person.
Please give feedback for the answers asked and the reports.
