Question : i have mild fever a lot of coughing with a lot of green phlegm and a semi blocked nose suddenly in two days ? is this common cold or something much more serious?

Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of an acute upper respiratory tract infection. The presence of green phlegm shows an active infection. I would suggest you to do the following:

- Take T. AUGMENTIN 625mg twice daily for 5 days.
- Take Cap. PANTOCID DSR once daily half hour before breakfast.
- You can take Syp. TUSQ-D 10ml 2-3 times daily for your cough.

This should resolve your symptoms.
