Brief Answer:
Regarding herpes simplex virus infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
I request you to kindly upload a few images of the affected area in "Reports Section" so that I am able to guide you better regarding whether they are herpetic sores or not. Genital herpes is transmitted through sex with an infected partner. Most of the infection is transmitted from an infected partner during asymptomatic phases i.e through subclinical viral shedding.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Regarding herpes
Detailed Answer:
Thank you. I have viewed the image.
I can see grouped, discrete erosions in this image. This could be herpes simplex virus infection.
This is how herpes usually presents - grouped into discrete, vesicles or erosions... I suggest you take a PCR for HSV DNA from one of these erosions. That would be the confirmatory test.
