Brief Answer:
get endoscopy and stool examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for putting your query in HCM. Blck specks in stool can be due to blood loss from upper part of gastrointestinal tract. However most of the time stool colour is due to diet we have taken. But since it has been thre since many days associated with abdominal pain, I will suggest you to get an endoscopy examination and stool examination to confirm whether there is anything wrong or not.
Meanwhile continue with omeprazole for gastritis.
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish you a good health

Brief Answer:
my logic for examination is only that is persisting since many days

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

In my opinion since it has been persisting since many days, I will suggest you to get endoscopy and at least stool examination to confirm that there is nothing of concern. As bleeding may have stopped spontaneously but it is always good to check why it has happened. You may discuss with yoir doctor also regarding this and take decision.

Wish you a god health
