Question : four months ago after a hectic week of squash, I felt air bibles in my left shoulder. They disappeared for a while and returned as I played or ran. I now get them in the morning after a woke up around 7a and come after hectic activity.

I also couch in my sleep at times, I feel some irritation on my left side of my throats and have a post nasal drip

Brief Answer:
Can be a mild inflammation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Too much of overhead activity can cause decrease in joint lubricants or a mild irritation of the joint cartilages or surfaces causing a mild inflammation which can result in this bubbling noise. If it is a painless noise then it is not worrisome as it can be a normal finding also due to pressure changes in the joint capsule. An MRI scan of the shoulder can help in confirmation of diagnosis.
You can start with joint lubricant supplements like Glucosamine and see if it helps.
I hope this answers your query.
