Brief Answer:

Not serious

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I've reviewed the attached reports but your blood test results are suggestive of either iron deficiency anemia or vitamin b12 and folic acid deficiency.

So, I would recommend that you get a blood test to measure their levels and if high then you should take those supplements accordingly.

As for the alkaline ph of urine, this may be suggestive of a urinary tract infection.

So I would recommend that you get a urine culture sensitivity analysis to confirm if there's any infection and detect the type of causative organism.

Other causes of alkaline urine include diet and some medications.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
