Brief Answer:
Badams/Almonds are nutritious and a good supplement to diet.

Detailed Answer:
Badams are nutritionally a good supplement for sources of protein, fiber, and some antioxidants.

They do not replace a balanced healthy diet with vegetables and fruit, but can help fill gaps if you think you are not getting enough protein.

10 badams a day is perfectly fine and not a problem whether you are male or female.

Raw badams are slightly more nutritious than roasted - but only very slightly. Raw have more Vitamin E and a bit more protein and fiber.

According to the US Department of Agriculture:
An ounce of badams, which is equal to 23 almonds, has the following nutritional profile:

163 calories
6 grams of protein
14 grams of mostly monounsaturated fat
6 grams of carbohydrates:
3.5 grams are mostly insoluble fiber
5.6 grams are naturally occurring sugars
14 percent of the daily value for dietary fiber
12 percent of the daily value for protein
37 percent of the daily value for vitamin E
17 percent of the daily value for riboflavin (a "B vitamin")

I hope this information has been helpful to you.
