Question: can I take amino acid supplement as I am doing daily heavy workout and is it also helps to prevent grey hair.

Yes, absolutely you can take amino acid supplements during heavy work workouts.

They are most needed in your case.

Amino acids help to build muscle mass by increasing critical muscle protein synthesis.

They also help to prevent premature greying of hair.But this has to couple with zinc supplements.

I generally recommend oral tablets of Becozinc to my patients.Please check with your doctor, if he shares my view and can prescribe them to you.
