Question : My girlfriend is 52 years old and has not had her period for over two years. Do we still need to use contraception like the birth control pill?

Your girlfriend has probably attained menopause. Hence no Menstrual cycle.

There is absolutely no chance of pregnancy. There is no need of any contraceptive pill or birth control pills.
