Question : For a month have had burping, full feeeling, watery mouth and occasional bitter taste in mouth. No pain. Taking nexium for hearburn. Symptoms of Gerd?

I am having an endoscopy next week. I have full appetite but i usually feel lousy. Could this be a hernia or h pylori?
