High creat can lead to itchiness and blurry vision as well. However in order to know whether your itchiness is because of it I need a few more details

1. How much is your creat?
2. Are you are hypertensive or a diabetic? Are the parameters under control?
3. do you have loss of appetite and vomiting as well
4. Please mention all the medications you are on currently
