Are Breast Soreness, Back Pain And Pelvic Cramping During Pregnancy Signs Of Miscarriage?

default

Question: Hello, I am only a little over 4 weeks pregnant. Earlier in the week my breasts were really sore and tingly. They are not now. Also, I am having a lot of back pain and last night pretty painful constant pelvic pain. I have had no bleeding or spotting. Mainly a lot of back and pelvic cramping and diarreah. I had none of this with my other two pregnancies. Could this be the start of a miscarriage?

Brief Answer:
BHCG test advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your anxiety but it is common in early pregnancy so just relax.
Get a bHCG test done and see the report.
Till then take as much rest as possible and start a progesterone tablet daily at night.
First get bHCG test and then we will think about progesterone tablet.
Regards
Dr Manisha Jain.
