Question : Hi Doc,

On context to my last questions i want to add and ask more about this time.
Actually i am trying to conceive from march'18 and not succeed yet.
I am on 16th day of my 24 days cycle, now 6 days past ovulation, however came across with brown spotting from last 2-3days, fishy smell and little back ache.

Is this due to cyst as happened in past also near sep'17 or we have good news or we need to check with doc on this.

I have cyst attached report in my profile Docs(If not just let me know).

Regards

Brief Answer:
Wait for the period date

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.

The bleeding you had can be implantation bleeding.
However, to confirm the diagnosis of pregnancy, you need to wait for the expected period date.
If you miss the period, then get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the diagnosis.
It is not possible to detect pregnancy before the missed Periods.
The report of the cyst is not attached, so please upload it.
Take adequate rest.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

I attached the report in "upload report". Please check and review your answer.

My periods expected date is 28th June still have 9 days left, so is this still possible that its should be implantation bleed?

Brief Answer:
simple cyst unlikely to cause bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

I have reviewed the reports.

It shows a simple cyst of 39 mm in the left ovary, which is unlikely to cause any irregular bleeding and spotting.

Implantation bleeding occurs usually 5 days after the ovulation day, so it can occur 9 days prior to the expected periods.

Hi Doc,

I heard implantation bleed is not more than 2-3 days, but in my case it is now more than that(2-3 days from 14th June to till date).

So is it still possible for implantation bleed.

And what if the spotting (2-3 drops) daily won't stop?

Brief Answer:
Hormonal imbalance can be there

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Implantation bleeding is generally for 2-3 days.
Continuous spotting can be due to hormonal disturbance or any local lesion in the cervix or vagina.
I still will advise you to wait for the next periods.
If delayed, then a urine pregnancy test is advised.
