Question: Does this look like pyogenic granuloma? I am 2 months post partum and recently has this bump on my back. I picked at it and it bled and now scabbed over. I have an appointment scheduled with pcp but dont know if it warrants an urgent care visit

Brief Answer:
It is looking like Pyogenic granuloma

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Health Care Magic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist.

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like Pyogenic granuloma.
It is not something which requires emergency visit.

You can wait for the scheduled appointment but try to prevent it from trauma as it will again cause bleeding.

Please let me know if you've any further queries.

Regards
Dr Asmeet
