Question : Concerned about possible genital warts. Had a bump on my penis for as long as I can remember, way before I was sexually active. Then that one bump turned into two bumps after a few years and I can see some smaller ones starting to form. I've been STD tested and I tested negative for everything. They don't look like anything in google images for genital warts, more like the pearly penile papules, except they are flesh colored and not white. I've had differing opinions by doctors, it's just hard for me to believe that it is HPV since I've had the first bump since I was a child.

Brief Answer:
Possibility of opening of Tysons gland

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query
As your problem persists even before you started your sexual activities and all your tests were negative, you need not worry about STD/HIV. Apart from warts and pop, sometimes the openings of certain glands like Tysons gland appear as bumps for some individuals. Nothing to worry. If you could upload the pictures I could be able to extend more views.

Brief Answer:
There is no pathological finding to be worried in the picture.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I saw the picture sent by you. There is no sign of inflammation over your penis or over the glans. The bump like thing is nothing but the prominence of the gland substance. Nothing else. Ignore the same.
