Question : does this look like herpes to you? I notice a lot of bumps down there on my testicles but it could just be inflammed hair folicles. I've been putting hydrocortisone and clotrimizole but it's not really helping.

                                    Brief Answer:
Doesn’t look like herpes, seems to be folliculitis, apply an antibiotic cream.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it doesn’t look like herpes.
It seems to be folliculitis which is inflammation of the hair follicles.
I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like Neosporin ointment on the affected areas.
This should help in resolving them.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
