Question : will be undergoing brain surgery for removal of tumor on March 6th Have o totally cut any blood thinners…just coming off a stomach viral bug … Have been taking "Bluebonnet" Calcium Magnesiun plus Boron for the last year or so for low magnesium levels. Have not had in last few weeks… cramps and muscle spasms are getting bad…is there anything that can act as a blood thinner in this supplement? I have been told by neurosurgeon to goggle this magnesium Thanks

You can take it, no blood thinning effect.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern given the delicate nature of the surgery you are about to have.

However I do not see any reason you should be deprived of your supplement. It contains as you know calcium and magnesium which are electrolytes as well as boron which is a mineral also naturally found in several foods originating from plants, so all products naturally present in our bodies.

None of those components has any blood thinning effect, you and your neurosurgeon should not be concerned about that. I suggest you continue taking it for your low magnesium.
