Chronic ischemic changes in the white matter

I thought I had chemo- brain. Is this it or Alzheimer beginning? Thank you.. May
Chemo- brain: I s" stepped" into a van on my knees totally unknowing... Can't remember my phone number...forget words in 3 languages and cannot think of meaning to explain them
