Question: Yes,
Last Friday I was having sex and I had a very strong orgasm. But at that final moment I exeriencd pain in my heart. Like big squeeze or like if the heart would get expanded, followed by pain in my chest. Later I felt a very deep fatigue and palpitations and pain between my shoulder blades. I still gave a wierd sensation. I wonder if it was a heart attack.

Brief Answer:
Symptoms may be related to heart

Detailed Answer:
The way describe symptoms of chest pain and pain in inter scapular area has high likelihood of being heart related and more likely to be angina. Difficult to say if it was heart attack unless pain lasted more than 20min. Please have an ECG done immediately and need to take it forward. If ECG shows changes it needs to be treated accordingly. If Ecg is normal than need to undergo echo and tmt that would guide further line of treatment
