Brief Answer:

I would recommend as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to carcinoid syndrome.

Fro this reason, I would recommend performing some further tests to exclude this possible disorder:

-Scintigraphy with metaiodobenzylguanidine (MIBG) and octreotide
-Urinary 5-HIAA levels
-Fasting plasma 5-HIAA assay

I would also recommend checking cortisol plasma levels for adrenal gland dysfunction and thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland dysfunction.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

My opinion as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I think that the colonoscopy is a helpful test to investigate for any tumors that may lead to carcinoid syndrome.

Regarding the fatty bump on your neck, I don't think that it is related to your actual clinical situation.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
