Brief Answer:

The infectious cause should be looked for and ruled out

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Based on your description, urinary tract infection and urosepsis should be ruled out.

Urinalysis to look for evidence of infection, renal ultrasound to look for obstruction changes eg hydronephrosis associated with a urinary tract stone should be advised.

A complete blood count should also be done to look for an associated raised TLC.

Antibiotics can be started empirically and then tailored according to culture sensitivity results.

If there is no evidence of an infectious or obstructive focus then PV examination anxiety cystometric studies can bd considered in consultation with your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
